Fore Property Company requires all financially responsible applicants to meet the following criteria. All applicants and co-applicants must be 18 years of age or over unless protected under familial status per the Fair Housing amendment.
We offer studio, one and two-bedroom apartment homes. All application fees must be paid at the time your application is received by us for processing.
All standard security deposit amounts must be received in full before keys will be delivered on move in day.
Combined gross income must be two (2) times the monthly rent. A minimum of two (2) current paystubs are required to be submitted with your application. If self-employed, a copy of the previous year’s tax return or W-2 is required to be submitted, along with the last three (3) months entire bank statements showing income. All income must be verifiable by the leasing staff.
Guarantors will be accepted to assist with income and credit qualifications only and may not be used to replace rental history requirement. Guarantors are required to make three (3) times the monthly rent.
All occupants 18 and over are required to sign the Lease Agreement and must have a satisfactory, verifiable, rental history (i.e., no prior evictions, late payments, disturbing the rights and comforts of other residents, poor housekeeping, NSF check history, unauthorized occupants, property damage or failure to adhere to the policies and regulations of the community or management company.) Note: All adults 18 and over are leaseholders. Persons listed as occupants must be the child or legal responsibility of the applicant(s).
If a foreclosure is present on the credit report, a deposit equal to one (1) month’s rent is required, no exceptions. Any monies outstanding to any landlord MUST be paid in full prior to approval and will require applicant to pay an additional deposit (amount of deposit may vary).
All financially responsible applicant(s) must have a satisfactory credit history. A complete credit/criminal check will be conducted for each financially responsible applicant by TransUnion. All financially responsible applicants must qualify. Anyone with a bankruptcy or repossession may be required to post an additional deposit in order to be approved. All outstanding balances to other apartment communities or utility companies must be settled prior to receiving application approval.
All applicant(s) must pass a criminal background check. A complete criminal background check will be conducted for each applicant by TransUnion. All applicants must qualify.

One Bedroom: 3 persons maximum
Two Bedroom: 5 persons maximum
There is an application fee of $40 per adult, which is payable by personal check, cashier’s check, money order, credit/debit card or ACH. The application fee must be paid at the time your rental application is submitted for processing and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Apartments will not be reserved/held until the application fee is received.
Credit and criminal screening will only be run after the application fees have been paid. If screening is approved, an additional $100 Reservation Deposit is due and will be assessed on the payment account used to pay the application fees. The Reservation Deposit is only refundable if you submit a cancellation request in writing within 48 hours of submitting your completed application. After 48 hours, the Reservation Deposit is non-refundable. The Reservation Deposit will be applied toward your security deposit upon move-in. Revere is a pet-friendly community. Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet. No more than two (2) pets allowed per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. The breeds that are not permitted include, but are not limited to: Akita, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Mastiff, Staffordshire Terrier, all wolf breeds, and any combination of these breeds. It is at the sole discretion of management to deem any other breed or specific animal as aggressive.
